This is why I always feel anxious disclosing my exercise life with professionals when assessing my disability bc they always think it's not that serious but hypermobility is just so inconsistent for me. I subluxed my sternum WHILE ASLEEP like TWO MONTHS AGO and it STILL HURTS TO BREATH.
Mind you I took a pole class yesterday and then hours later after I showered, got food, and chilled on the couch watching a movie with my mom, that's when it was like "haha but what if when you got up to clean your plate I decided to fuck up your whole leg with swelling?"
