If you have enough Supply (AKA Points) to add in a new unit to your roster, then you simply add said unit to your roster - no requisition required. You just need to not go over your Supply Limit.

I feel that. For me its "Foreign Policy" - I want a world where wars are obsolete and people are punished for attempting genocide... we first need to change things before getting there.

If its any consolation I am sure similar scenarios such as this overall situation probably occurred in Ireland during the Troubles. Though maybe I am being optimistic there, hah.

...Some people -could- respond well to articles posted with images of gore and body parts and get motivated to do their part in opposing the genocide. For others, it would just spiral their depression harder, trigger traumas or cause any number of understandibly negative reactions that will - /4
