I will not bow to the peer pressure that paints squirrels as cute. The vicious little things plant acorns in your exterior plants to kill their roots, then stand in the trees above your car and throw things at you. No, Mr. Squirrel, I'll not be tricked by good lighting and photoshopped photography.

I'd say movie adaptations that deviate from the book irk me, but only if it is a material deviation. I wish directors would get a clue that readers like me just want to see the literary work on the big screen. I don't want a surprise ending.😬

I hope our weather here in North Texas starts to feel like fall, soon!
