Probably way to late to the party but never try never know, right?

With all the health and lifestyle advice on here, like creatine dosages, sleeping tips, using shampoo or not, how to breath.

All gets lost eventually. To me it feels there should be a open source guide for operating the human being.

Had to try this effect for myself. Probably very limited use but fan of the vibe.

Usually I'd be using ink but wanted to know what the fuss is about, opentui by @kmdrfx.bsky.social .
Still missing a proper documentation but the examples get you there. Straight forward to use with react.

Created my personal @obsidian.md plugin as we are now living in a time were it is faster and easier to just vibe code your use case into a plugin than fiddling around configuring and orchestrating someone else's.

As a proof of concept I made my breathing app work offline. You only need to visit it once online, it will then cache itself for the next visit, even if offline.
Very straight forward to do for client side apps.

How I feel myself lately posting so much breathing content. 👃

Made a lucky pick for my first mouth tape in Vietnam. An unbranded blue roll of tape.
Since it is empty, I was on a quest to find a replacement. I didn't want to buy overpriced mouth plasters. A few mispurchases later, I can recommend the Leukosilk tapes!

First time trying to properly record a honest voice over. Still trying to find my voice.

Weirdly we live in a time were it is easier to just clone my voice and write the voice over instead.

In my tapering weeks for the marathon I started experimenting with rope skipping. Its very rewarding as each session I feel meaningful improvements. Although, my style is still pretty robotic, I get addicting glimpses of flow.

Who is choosing colours like this? If it is not the most attractive looking device, it is best to just commit fully to the absurdity, right?

If you can’t hide it, feature it.

Sold my traditional clay teapot and bought my first Kyusu. Been using it for weeks now and regret not getting one sooner. This is the way.

Revisiting my ebook highlights on every new terminal session. Usually I don't take the time to actually read it but every once in a while I do and I'm happy I set it up.

On my flight back from Greece, I took the time to once and for all learn the greek alphabet.

They used to intimidate me in math lectures at uni. Should have done this sooner. No big deal at all.

On track to crushing my previous year (13 books) and goal for this year. What changed? I started getting up at 6am and read almost an hour most mornings.

Super cliché, but a few more awake hours a day are helpful for everything. Finally got mine :)

I collect lots of links in Obsidian and want to share them in a more exiting way compared to a list. Thinking weekly drops with notes + using way more metadata to create a unique card for each website. Cards are the first idea, but the whole thing still needs some cooking.

Years ago I heard Matthew Dicks on the Knowledge Project podcast. This episode really got stuck in my head. I came back to it multiple times for his insights. Matt truly is a master storyteller.

It never came to mind if he wrote a book about it. Obviously he did. Devouring it rn.

Currently in the final weeks of training for my 3rd marathon. It will be my first one running in barefoot shoes.

I wouldn't dare running it without shoes yet. Funny enough I have my fastest splits on the track without shoes. Such a great feeling barefoot on the track in the dark

Another toy arrived today, scratching my HomeAssistant itch and further optimizing my life for health.

The DIY AirGradient One. Along with CO2, I'm mainly interested in measuring PM2.5 in my apartment.

Wake up consistency is key to good sleep. This is my alarm clock for almost a year now. Scheduled my nightstand lamp with HomeAssistant.

Big fan of light instead of a jingle, it does not get annoying and also being more considerate with your partner.

What is your alarm clock?
