FYI: @aarp.org has been a strong supporter of housing choice for years, particularly ADUs which they note allows for inter-generational living, aging in place for older adults & better access to communities & needed resources. I've seen a lot of talk in Austin FC media/fan spaces about need for a number 10, so I wanted to see what's worked in MLS recently. There's little correlation with just having a primary chance creator and "success." There's a lot of nuance beyond that.
