I read a comment earlier that said Hemmings may not thrive at L1, Champ, as it’s more about the physicality - ie his game is better suited to Prem / EL, which makes sense so if he can get game time at #avfc it would be great. Exciting to have genuine prospects. Not sold on Rowe yet

There’s risk that he recaptures his form but £40m today for a rotation player is good business. The EL homegrown is the one negative, hoping one of the youngsters can fill that void but only if they get plenty of game time

I think it will be interesting once he’s had a real chance to bed in. Showed his excellence at times, if he can get that consistency, he brings something very different than Rogers in that role. Emery likes tactical versatility
