I spoke to various people yesterday and got no response . One in particular a chap early 60s , if looks could have killed I’d have been dead 😵, looked at me in disgust. it was early on in the event too 🤷‍♀️I only said morning as I went past😕🙄

I feel rude if I pass someone and don’t be polite even if I’m struggling mentally

I met so many grumpy people yesterday when I was out,even people on my event were the same . I said hi as I passed folk, was met with lots of scowls,grunts and sour faced expressions 🤔did make me wonder why they bothered being out if they felt it was so bad🤔I was grateful to be out 🙂😀
