the goal is to make it to level 20 so i can explore most of the province im in without dying. im going to make my xp and riches by growing weed and selling it i dont want to do any damn quests im sick of them
bearwizard working hard in the fields, harvesting some hornblower pipe-weed bearwizard refining the pipe-weed into pouches at the workbench

a partially rendered landscape of bearwizard gazing upon the mountain range atop a fortress. i forget where this was the little plaza before entering thorin's gate or whatever it's called. there is a statue of a dwarf beholding a very large and impenetrable looking fortress inside of thorin's castle, another dwarven statue. he is holding some kind of pickaxe, i think a larger-than-life statue of someone holding a scepter, observed from a considerable distance. i also don't remember where this was

Arwen and Chiriko arrive at the Mizunashi river. It stretches across the landscape before disappearing in the horizon, surrounded by trees and various foliage. The wind blows ripples into the tall grass. Chiriko sits by the bank where the grass stands tallest, searching for something. Arwen stands close behind her to monitor her. He looks off somberly into the distance, staring at nothing in particular. Chiriko cups her hands closed, looking back towards Arwen. "Onii-san, look! I found a--" and then she notices his demeanor. "Oh, are you sad again?" Chiriko asks. "No. Just tired." he says. "You sure get tired a lot," Chiriko says as she stands up and approaches him. "'S just what happens when you get older," Arwen replies. He bends down so Chiriko can put what she's been hiding in her hands into his. "Well..." she starts... Chiriko spreads out her arms in delight, "WAKE UP!". Unveiled in Arwen's hand is a somewhat realistic depiction of a grasshopper. It immediately jumps onto Arwen's face. "UGH!" He flinches in alarm, and impulsively smacks his own face with a meaty WAP. The grasshopper escapes, unharmed. Arwen attempts to recover in the midst of Chiriko's laughing at him. He parts his fingers to look down at her, seemingly displeased at first. But Chiriko doesn't acknowledge him because she is still too lost in her joyous, unrestrained laughter. She has a missing baby tooth. Arwen's irritation melts away into a deep fondness. He smiles softly, hand still holding his face.
