Gender affirming care saves lives. Ergo, those who withhold that care are responsible for the consequences.
Today during a televisit I told a young affirmed man that I’d be providing his gender care as long as there’s breath in my body. Nobody can erase him. To those institutions caving to EOs and closing clinics, I say DO NO HARM. Grow a spine, use your voice and power and stand up. Stop the madness.

Like the PeaceCorps, USAID is not only doing incredible work but is a hugely efficient PR outreach for the US. Much more effective than the military in securing our standing across the globe.
