So many examples of lives saved by TEE in cardiac arrest @Jose_Diaz_Gomez . PEA arrest for 20 minutes before ROSC. Called for TEE. Refractory shock. Quick identification of RV failure and clot in RPA. Received 50 mg tPA. Extubated 24 hrs later.

There is TEE, TELUS and is this TEGUS? Evaluation of shock, found active gastric bleeding. OGT no return. We saw SVC getting more &more collapsible. Trans gastric view 🤯 See near field swirl.
