What I'm saying is: there can only be one Batman at a time. Make it canon that Bruce is now the Oracle and let Dick take the mantle.

Cape heroes are our modern mythology. They're basically gods—I'm sure kids in Ancient Greece would discuss who would win in a fight, Hercules or Theseus, just like kids today do with Thor and Hulk. They all lost their families to become heroes, and ceased to be heroes when they earned them back.

I actually agree with this, because effectively we grow up believing everything we're told by the adults in our lives. As you get older, you start to question things, think for yourself and seek out information and answers. Especially when you're around other people from different walks of life.

At times like this, I miss my hyper-dosage of lithium. No feelings, only work. But it is for the best.
