Lower turnout than anticipated and a small drift to the right. Moderates winning most, not all, of the Board of Supervisor seats. San Francisco seems to be drifting away from its progressive roots.

Though I agree with most of this opinion, the difference between the Emarcadero Freeway and the Great Highway, is the Embarcadero Freeway was replaced by the widest blvd in The City.
