Today is #RemembranceDay in Canada. Canadian soldiers fought fascism in World Ward II so that we would use our freedom today never to choose fascism. Help your American friends to see that a MAGA-inspired fascism is creeping up dangerously in the US. Work to make sure it doesn’t creep into Canada.

Sponsorship of professional Canadian women’s sports matters to me. Seeing that Canadian Tire sponsors Canadian PWHL (women’s hockey) teams, I made a deliberate effort today to make the 5-minute extra drive past Home Depot to buy my snow shovel at Canadian Tire (in time for the GTA snow tomorrow).

What I like about in-person court attendances in Toronto & York Region is that the courts are along or within walking distance of subway or express bus routes. I prefer to take public transit when I can.

This is the worst take I saw in an image. It upset me because the Jays are not disappointing like the Leafs. (I stopped being a Leafs fan before 2010.) The Jays clearly gave it their all.

That’s great. This is mine. I even have a longer Taylor Swift one (of her fast song) for running. It’s funny seeing all the criticism of Taylor Swift’s new album (because some say that the lyrics are too simple) & then I think about how simple the lyrics were for these great songs were from the 70s.

It’s not “funny” for Trump to muse aloud that it’s his policy that Canada (an independent & successful G7 & G20 with a rich history defined by its independence from the US) should become just another state.
What makes it even less “funny” is to see how so many Americans are silent about this.
