A recent favorite of ours is a leek and cauliflower soup. It’s super easy to make vegan as well. My bestie made this kickass veggie stock that I used as the base. I don’t remember the exact recipe but it’s basically simmer down cauliflower and leeks in a stock, blend and add whatever you want to it

Killed two birds with one stone by taking the girls on an almost 2mi walk to and around the farmers market. It was lovely and I’m glad we did it before it got too fucking hot out

-Tomato and carrot bisque with tiny noodles that when combined with a solace of half and half taste like Spaghetti o’s (I should have gotten spaghetti o’s, too)
