Excellent timing for this issue with the former president of Ukraine, the famously poisoned Victor Yushchenko, on the cover. But it's print‑only in India—locked away from global readers. Let’s change that! Order print copies or demand access: subscriptions@mm.co.in #Ukraine #India #Media

Suspected this all along ... putler is in trouble and since Modi and Trump are no longer BFFs he came begging, bringing along a Potemkin Village PR campaign. Let's hope the Indians are as cunning and ruthless as the Chinese in dealing with the mass murdering kleptocrat.

Calling the Ukrainians "Nazis" is a testimony to how lazy Russian propaganda is and just how stupid those are who fall for it are. Tell Congress to stand with Ukraine over Russia here: bit.ly/3QKZwgQ

Just bought my tickets. I've given tons of airtime to Shokolad over the years, and heard that Gerdan is an outstanding folk ensemble. So just can't wait to see this performance!

Back in 1983 I attended a rally at the Legislative grounds in Winnipeg to mark the 50th anniversary of #Holodomor. I'd only just learned of it university. It's taken almost 50 more yrs for the world to begin to acknowledge this atrocity which had been silenced and denied for decades. Вічная пам`ять!

I remember the days before Musk, Ellison, Bezos, Zuckerberg, et. al. Media ownership wasn't a whole lot different, tbh. Different faces, but same concentration of ownership & barriers to entry. Newcomers & independents had to make their own breaks. NB: today's oligarchs were once the newcomers.
