I remember seeing my grandparents pill sorter and thinking, "How can anyone need that much medicine every day?" Now I think the same thing as I take 4 pills every morning, spray steroids in my nose, and remember to refill my inhaler.

I just felt a pang of sadness/guilt about switching from my old fitbit to a new health tracker. Like... I feel like I made it sad. I think my empathy has gone too far officially. I'm anthropamorphizing a fitbit.

The Pitt is very good. I cried once already and am only on episode 5. It is the most realistic hospital show and has Noah Wylie from ER, so it's cozy and familiar.

Well. Vacation is over. I loved it so much. I completely unplugged from the news and spent time just watching the water move and getting close to animals. What a wonderful 14th anniversary!

We went to an animal sanctuary that takes in animals that are confiscated as illegal, abandoned, injured, or rehabbed wildlife critters that got too imprinted on humans. There were chickens and geese etc walking all around eating from our hands. It was wonderful 🥰

It's been 5 days since my last round of epidural for my back. I am feeling no improvement. I just went to cvs and was in so much pain getting from my car to the rx counter at the back of the store. My pulse was 127. My face was beet red and sweating. I'm so tired of this. I'm so frustrated.
