This is cute, and I hate to be a spoiler, but somehow I don't think your body would only want those things all the time for very long. Especially if you're actually paying attention to it!

You’re actually right, but intuitive eating framework goes a bit further than that. I feel there’s a fundamental misunderstanding of what proper intuitive eating actually is.

So great to see someone fitnessed focussed who appreciates intuitive eating. Ideally, you should stop weighing yourself to prevent being frustrated when you hit your set point weight. But still, so many people just don't get it

Oh, I think the redemption arc is why she was such a good character and subsequently a great captain

You'll find the more you pay attention to what you actually enjoy, what you choose to eat will change. If you're occasionally really hungry, that's fine. Eat until you're full and if you eat past that, pay attention to how you feel (physically) afterwards

What made you think that intuitive eating was a weight-loss diet? You stopped doing the intuitive eating shit the second you got on the scale

I hope you enjoy them! So good!

I hope you enjoyed them!

And that’s fine. I never said otherwise

Intuitive eating is absolutely not for everyone, but so many people dismiss it out of hand, or make fun of it, because they don’t understand what it actually is. If someone posts something that suggests they haven’t at least read the book, I will question it.

I think so

Part of intuitive eating is learning when to eat even though you're not immediately hungry. I will often have a snack a bit before bedtime so that I'm not up 2 hours later grazing the fridge because I'm hungry.

I’m not sure of this. Here in Melbourne, the line names have to change every time the line is extended. It more confusingly for people unfamiliar, when the service is terminating before the end of the line for whatever reason.

A nurse here in Australia told me of patients who used their last words before being intubated to make sure they wouldn’t be vaccinated. When it was far too late for that!

Right!? I'm only an enthusiast and I try my best to stick to the principles, but even a cursory look at what Intuitive Eating actually is and it's obvious how not-a-diet it is...

But you see, when you give yourself unconditional permission to eat pizza and pay attention to how eating it makes you feel, you will actually want pizza less. It's crazy, but it's true!
