Is it accurate to say that the RTA feeling frustrated and shut out from the process is indicative more of the trust lawmakers (don't) have in them vs. a lack of progress on a bill? Considering Buckner described himself as "super confident" on finding funding in the WTTW piece yesterday

Big ups to @chicagocta.bsky.social which had Blue Line trains running from Clark/Lake towards O'Hare basically every 30 seconds today. You could see the next train down the tracks as soon as one left.
