Oh good, so we have accepted and moved on from GC=transphobia, That's progress.
30 years ago most people were anti gay rights. Even if you were right that a minority of people think trans people are valid, which is false it's close to 50/50 in the UK, it would be a fallacious appeal to popularity.

But her being lesbian doesn't stop her motivation here being transphobia rather than pride safety, or keeping true to the spirit of the event.
