Fascinating - but why?

Cancer cells are constantly formed, but don’t usually develop into full blown cancer, because the body constantly searches for and destroys them.

Maybe exercise helps promote this as does intermittent fasting. Repair mode being turned on.

Violence of all sorts is detrimental with often unexpected consequences.

Raising children is not easy and, I suppose, no-one is trained for it.

It has taken a long time for the harm that corporal punishment does and I can't forgive the Benedictines for my own.
