Some desires are blocking (i.e., "I can't be happy without that thing!") and some desires are inspiring, (i.e., "I'm good now, and I'll be even better with that thing!"). When we manage our desires, we can tap into incredible passion and energy and achieve great things!

This is one of the simplest and easy sequences of thought and action ever... and it really works! Proper alignment, as in just sitting up a little straighter, gives you power. A big breath relieves your stress, and a smile makes everything seem a little easier and more fun. Do it now!

I find that to Love someone, it helps to first Accept and Appreciate them. The same is true when it comes to Loving yourself.
