Now is an exceptionally good time to stop flying to avoid dying.

It’s always a great time to stop flying to help prevent total climate collapse.

But just to not die instantly, now is a good time to stop flying.

Still, the Minns ALP is happy to hike tolls on a bridge we paid off in the ’80s.

Why?

Because, somehow the state is broke & modestly taxing coal & gas polluters is “communist,”

… but squeezing drivers on tolls is “free enterprise.”

I’m ready to return to Parliament and fight for what matters most to Warringah: banning gambling ads, stronger climate targets, tackling domestic violence and building community resilience to climate risks.

Independent voices matter more than ever.

Correction: This is another example of an entire ecosystem distorted by global warming due to greenhouse gas pollution.

Algal blooms are a symptom of ecological degradation, not the ultimate cause.

Trump is yet again talking about imposing 25% tariffs on imports from Canada, including crude oil — which could maybe actually be a reasonably good thing for the climate, weirdly.

I assume that some lab research that’s been underway can’t even be paused, without screwing up the project, & that this basically causes them to be scrapped, after countless tax $ had gone into them. So senseless & wasteful.
