I use it all the time as an guide (not agent mode).
It comes up with better suggestions than I do 🤷
Not sure how well it works fully automated but for ‘units of code’ it is great.

Interesting idea. Are you scraping RightMove, etc. ? If you want to do this without legal issues you'll eventually need to integrate with the estate agent software providers like Jupix, DezRez and ExpertAgent. I did this about ten years ago, it was... an experience.
