I will irritatingly disagree. A badge has a transverse piercing pin and captive fixing point; a 'lapel pin' - typically shortened to 'pin' - has an orthogonal piercing pin and separate fastener.

they always send this 'new AI feature' bollocks out on invoicing day - some deluded CRO thinks this somehow greases the way for a smoother payment and better retention. It has precisely the opposite effect. "How quickly can I migrate to an unenshittified utility?"

Pretty much. The whole issue of access, and the grubby reality that photos of notable people actually have a value, are largely overlooked by enthusiasts of this sort of thing. I have many thoughts on this.
