The proverbial stopped clock is right twice a day. Musk is correct. Navarro is perhaps the dumbest of Trump's apparatchiks. Only a true dunce would volunteer to go to prison for Trump. Which is exactly what Navarro did. The collected smarts of Trump's top personnel could fit in an Altoids can.
