So I’ve struggled with GERD for a few years now. Sometimes I get what feels like an ulcer severe burning in my esophagus and stomach… after my latest attack I’ve stopped drinking coffee. And my anxiety has been way better considering the world….

Learning about oneself is so important. How I wish i had started this journey in my 20s… stupid hindsight. Maybe I’m not hideous. 💅🏻
