Monzo you literally lost 3 new customers who would have signed up today, by being harder to get in touch with than high street banks to answer a simple question.

Being impossible to contact is a huge red flag.

Probably doesn't matter as it seems there's nobody there to answer once you're through the maze of options.

And no human gets back to you on their in-app chat (waiting 24h so far).

This is worse customer service than the high street bank my parents are trying to switch away from.

If anything, it *teaches* them that 'their' can be used to refer to somebody when you don't yet know their gender.

It wouldn't store your content (other than in the browser cache for that one user) and it might give the user a rephrased version of your content if they've asked for it to be simplified or explained. But again, only for that one user, and never sent anywhere away from their device.
