Not really as we do not have enough for the menu. Our development chef will play with some of them because we would like them on the menu in some way or for the bar. I'll take some too and the rest will go to staff.

It can be seen from the outside like in the first picture but if this was a red apple it wouldn't be so easy.

It won't store well but you can still eat it, it will just be a bit different to the others!

I find it interesting because it's usually linked to weather or lack of nutrient uptake (it's probably both!). But it's strange how you don't find a whole tree with it, just one or two apples.

Basically, lots of sorbitol has flooded the apple and the apple can't deal with it quick enough. The apples metabolism is a bit like mine!! 😂
