Drivers routinely ignore it and there’s never any enforcement

Protestors were doing their thing in Conf’tn Park & once the parade started & turned north, the front end of the Q4P group (who’d been given a spot near the front of the parade) kept moving while their support pickup stopped … allowing protestors to stream out of the park and join the parade
