Farage is never interviewed on politics programmes, he just appears on them and speaks.
A level of scrutiny that would embarrass a hack on Smash Hits or Hello.

What it feels like for a girl is absolutely brilliant on iPlayer. Highly recommend it. Paris Lees autobiography which this is based on is also superb. And I must say the actor that played her, Ellis Howard, is superb too. Brilliant @parislees

Shameless right-wing blow-hard Ferrari: “at the end” He sang Tories’ praises from the beginning. He’s a tabloid hack, flitting from one issue to the next to ridicule as ‘woke’ or ‘lazy’, just like the Sun, ‘wot he wrote’. Unfortunately, I sometimes catch a grubby minute before I can quickly retune.

Farage wants you to think NHS problems are because it’s paid for from taxation and accessible to all, regardless of the ability to pay.
Like this post if you think the NHS problems are down to deliberate underfunding by the Tories.
Repost if you are against NHS privatisation.

Both Farage and Badenoch attacking net zero policies by claiming that the policies increase the cost of energy, when UK electricity prices are tied to gas.

Renewable sources are cheaper than gas.

Also applies in the UK.
It would be nice to see mainstream media acknowledge that every alarmist in their ranks about Trump and his henchmen has been correct, and every single "Let's all calm down" guy--a posture of blasé detachment that is consistently over-rewarded in legacy media--has called it wrong from day one.

Sad to say another BBC journalist with a woefully poor grasp of economics...
When Laura K insists rejoining the EU wouldn't bring growth for the UK as EU countries on average don't grow much atm, it is (deliberately?) misleading.

The UK's economy can of course grow if trade with EU countries increases, no matter how well they are doing for themselves.

Same. I also thought that the last book might become rapidly redundant. For the record, I'd be absolutely delighted if there was nothing to talk about on air & no reason whatsoever to read a book about the roots of the still unfolding madness.
I mean, it’s funny now, but after the General Election, where the country sent a clear message to the Tories after a decade and a bit of a downward spiral of ever increasing lies and plundering of public money, I thought @mrjamesob.bsky.social may struggle for things to talk about.
