Why are the American people not calling for Pam Bondi to be indited?
AI would appear to suggest that she has a case to answer.

Here’s what ChatGPT has to say about the demographics of Spectator readers, so I suspect the problem is not so much their lack of intelligence as the volume of unchallenged comforting misinformation to which they expose themselves.

Ghislaine Maxwell, who was responsible for assembling the infamous birthday book, can’t remember how a lewd letter from Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein (whether a forgery or genuine) came to be included in it.

Oh I get it now. BTW Sean Thomas has terminated his Bluesky account and retreated to the sewers of X where he belongs. It turns out that Bluesky is rather less dull and unresponsive than he’d imagined. 👏

That’s hilarious. It turns out he doesn’t actually have the balls to endure the pile-on he invited. Good riddance. Thanks for letting me know. ✊

It’s not just that @thomasknox.bsky.social doesn’t object to the racism and fascism on X, he argues that X’s constant projection of fascist propaganda is one of its main attractions.

Yes. It doesn’t stop people fantasising about it though.

Exactly. This is a survey of the attitudes of Brexit voters (Leave) in the UK from back in 2016. It show very clearly how frightened they are of the modern world. Just like MAGAs, they wanted to return to an imaginary 1950s paradise, in which their parents had everything under control.

It’s hard to believe that this is true, but then it’s hard to believe that what is happening in front of our very eyes is true.

Trump’s supporters deny that they are fascists, insisting that they are Libertarians. But it’s not Libertarianism; it’s Neo-Feudalism.

So much for the special relationship. One has to wonder whether under Donald Trump America is no less a threat to its allies than Russia or China.

With the onset of Trump’s New Order there will be plenty of opportunities for intelligent grifters who share his contempt for the little people, for democracy and truth. The shamelessness of such people & their alacrity in revealing themselves is astonishing. It’s like a giant game of Traitors.

“Comparing me to Liz Truss is false and defamatory and likely to cause serious harm to my reputation. Accordingly, I request that all of you immediately cease and desist from repeating the defamatory comparison at any point, from causing it to be repeated or from otherwise re-publishing it.”

So it seems that Liz Truss’s grasp of law is little better than her understanding of economics.

He accuses the Courts of overruling Parliament when in fact they found against the Government on the grounds that it had unjustifiably prevented Parliament from sitting.

In Frostworld, it is MPs and Parliament itself that are unaccountable and it is MPs’ insistence on having a say on the UK’s future relationship with the EU that is unconstitutional.
December 26, 2024 at 6:29 PM
It suggested that Parliament might want to consider a flat rate scheme given the cost of assessing individual claims, even though that would result in some women being under-compensated & others unnecessarily compensated.
December 22, 2024 at 12:45 PM
What it in fact said is that it recommended the matter be referred to Parliament, as there was reason to believe that the DWP (then the responsibility of the Tory Secretary of State Mel Stride) would do so.

In light of CNN’s admissions, perhaps it might be an idea to invite @maitelsadany.bsky.social
on to your show to give her the chance to voice her concerns about Western media’s coverage of events in Syria. @lewisgoodall.bsky.social
