Pleased to report +1.3% wk, beating my b/mark by 0.3%
#SBRY & #AAF lead the stocks and #HVPE was my best IT.
Some divs arrived and were tucked into #TFIF for now.
Interesting to see the FTSE100 is just off ATH but FTSE250 is 10% below its Sept '21 peak

Portfolio Update: A positive week at +0.5% but below my b/mark, ytd ticks up to +9.3%
Decent gains by #SUP and #GLC, no big falls and a lot of others with no significant moves.
No divs from anything and Crypto Week has passed me by 🤷♂️

A small weekly rise of 0.7% (b/mark 0.4%) with ytd 7.1% (5.25%)
#SQZ, #SUP & #PSN show how to do it, #AV & #SN show how not to. Special mention to #VLX bc I like it
Probably no report for the next 2 weeks as I am away with work again, I'll try a new VPN to get through.

Brief pf update, up 0.75% this week, now +0.9%ytd
#SQZ and #BP led the gains with #AAF and #GSK at the bottom.
Probably no update next week as I'll be away and won't be watching the market. Can you all try to make sure nothing goes too wrong for me. Thanks!

Well that was a turbulent week for the financial markets. My portfolio was down 6.9% putting me 7% down YTD overall
I'm not panicked by that, I invest long term. I have 10% cash waiting to be reintroduced and my holding in gold is very positive.

I try not to react when the markets are grumpy, what that actually means is I step away from checking my pf every day until things stabilise, then I buy!

It was great to see Terry Smith at the Fundsmith Annual Shareholders meeting earlier this evening.
As usual he ran through the portfolio performance and gave some insight into his thoughts for the coming year.
No tips were given, but I'll be looking closely at #ULVR.L in the morning 😉

My younger daughter got 4.65% on her holding, boosting her position as family champ with 6 wins in 11 years. Older daughter 5 wins, me 2 wins, wife 0, some wins joint.

My pf down 0.4% this week despite general strength in the markets - it was inevitable after seeing #EML.L being smashed on Monday, one stock -72% this week 😭
Positives are #GCL.L +11%, #HVO.L
Silver #SSLN.L 🥈is starting to shine as is Gold 🥇 A fattish #AV.L divi helped as well.
