granted this was only my first dokomi experience, but i found the vtuber representation to be ok enough for an event this scale

as far as organization goes, there's room for improvement esp around m&gs, but i lost a couple hundred bucks in vtuber merch in the artist alley :')

yeah i can feel the engineering job market pain over here as well, looks like "biding our time" is kind of the vibe nowadays
