I get that it says only Ukraine gets to decide on its territories, but if I were Ukraine, I'd want it to say that Russia has no right to seize another country's land. Putin must be brought to justice. So far, it's been lots of pretty words but not much action.

I get the feeling that these countries want Ukraine to give Russia control of its territories. So long as a "although these aren't legally recognized" at the end, all is well. They can continue to live in their fantasy world that Ukraine will get them back. Meanwhile, Putin gets away with murder
