A commissioned piece. Putting together these beloved animals (some had 'passed') was a complete and total challenge! Charcoal drawing to get all in 'a spot' compositionally in one painting. Black dog in front was a three-legged dog.

My first and foremost medium - pastel. Done on 11"x 14" board mounted UArt dark sanded 600 grit pastel paper with pan pastels and pastel stix and pencils.
