Local law enforcement already have responsibilities. What happens when they are federalized and your city no longer has “local” law enforcement?

If they get rid if the Dept of Education there won’t be federal funds to back up this threat.

Exactly what I was thinking this morning. This law has been enacted and validated by the courts. The only way around it it for Congress to strike the law.

The guardrails being put in place are a launchpad where there are no roads or guardrails needed.
