A3 anything too much like a step-by-step instruction book lacks real learning. The gaps between have to feel a little daunting, and take effort to move through the uncertainty. The sense of jumping off before quite knowing where you will be landing. Only works if there is trust though #LTHEchat

A2 surfacing it and hopefully normalising it to reduce the shame attached. I'll package different things together - creative and maths tasks that needs careful organisation (3 different skills). So there are more and different ways to bring various strengths to the task #LTHEchat

KPIs get gamed, it's part of what's damaged HE. If staff turnover is used, might we see more temp contracts? If sick leave, how will this affect disabled ppl? If honest about problems and the rating is lowered, what consequences? Think like a v precarious PVC- Research. #LTHEchat
