That's true. It is certainly better than nothing. I noticed the "north side" of that median doesn't have the angled lip.

Convieniently launch a distracted driver into a waiting pile of squishy human pedestrians! What's the point of having a concrete median if they're barely doing thier jobs--protecting pedestrians?

I love how that lip to that median curb is angled as to protect the driver from his or her own dangerous driving instead of punishing the driver and protecting the pedestrians

I love the bind he's putting our spineless mayor in. She either approves his insane request and never gets elected mayor again, or she says no and he's continues his illegitimate DOJ investigation into her, which will screw her re-election chances. I'm loving it, that's for sure.
