Depends on the type of driving. There are better songs for thrashing down the road taking curves and constantly up and downshifting, but for in the groove laser focussed smooth driving at ungodly speeds where the the rest of the world is just standing still, then Orinoco Flow hits just right.

But that's my only issue. Frances Sternhagen's performance as the burnout doctor is a hidden gem, and the pacing is perfection. Yes likely because it's a remake of High Noon but still a great film.
