I'm interested what you'd thought of the meeting! I was really disappointed to hear they are only committing to some on-site affordable housing for the ARO and just doing the in lieu fees otherwise, JDL made a big deal out of committing to all on-site back at the WPC meeting back in September

Definitely less than ideal! I'm in the same boat- my condo is in one of the small pockets of light green in the 32nd but it's not practical under the ordinance.
