Getting back into that functioning thing. We spent the afternoon cleaning the apartment, and this week I'll try to prep for my next class and get back to the art I owe.
I'm not going to push myself, just trying to step back into the outside world again. It's going to be an ongoing process.

• Nap frequently for the first week, then reduce to every other day
• Take one cup tea at least 4 times daily
• Bake cookies for friends
