Massive W in the making your own chicken sandwich patties and nuggets game tonight. I just used ground thighs and potato flakes for the crust. The nuggets were cooked in the oven which was okay, but the patty fried in the pan was the right move. I just need to adjust the seasoning

Since we’re gearing up for a heated and active summer in the streets of ‘Merica, I’m gonna suggest a slightly canadian approach to protective gear against rubber bullets to the face/dome. It would work with a smaller mask/gaiter but probably not a respirator unless you detached the cage.
