Doctors have had larger pay rise than hardworking nurses and under appreciated back office staff. Blame those who voted Tory and Brexit. I am no fan of Wes Streeting but thia I agree. Striking is not the answer. All NHS have faced pay erosion this wont be reversed until folk stop voting right wing.

One pub has shut in our town but we have more cafes and small restaurants. Four micro pubs have opened plus one brewery with a tap room that is busy as it serves cheap pizza. These open usually Thurs to Sun. People are still going out but habits have changed. Businesses need to change too.

Bring them into the NHS, then they won't get distracted by having to run a business too.
