I guess I will train myself in Property Management, as that is a job that is out-stripping local resources and is in high demand in Belize. Looked at an overview training module and I have done most of this in the past. It might make it easier for some to expat if I am onsite already.

One thing that I have noticed is that a Toyota Tacoma, like 1998 or so will sell on their marketplace for 10-15k USD. Import duty on the blue book would be around 2k, the trip lets say 1500 with gas and lodging (and padding for the temp pass through mexico). 5k profit min.
