I am so very bone tired. I carry CPTSD, and can’t sleep even when I’m in bed 10 hours. I’ve tried all the sleeping pills, and have had sleep studies. Nothing helps a nervous system stuck in fight or flight. It affects every aspect of my life, and I’m tired of always being tired. 🥱

Running errands with my best girl. I rescue senior dogs. Winnie came to me when she was 10, and she’ll be 12 in June. She’s a wonderful girl full of love and personality. Rescuing seniors feeds my heart and makes me happy! Wouldn’t have it any other way. #rescuedogs 🐾

Is this how it starts?! @cignahealthcare.bsky.social denied my psych meds. Even though they are old school generics, and I have been taking them for decades. You know the meds that keep me from killing myself, that stop the night terrors and help me sleep. This is a good way to kill people Cigna. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
