Emma, this is brilliant. I’m often guilty of being the chirpy cheerleader in Lycra, and I know that my jockey holly stick* approach to #Parkinsons is terrifying for some. Sorry! I try as much as I can to temper it with middle ground, honesty and nuance. People like you help me keep it real.

It’s a slow burn over here, but do hang around, there are nice people and it’s not overrun with stuff I never asked for.
