working on some research about better uses for ai in the storyboarding/pre-viz process and something really hits me about Rian Johnson's Knives Out storyboards. the sketchiness of early storyboards isnt goofy or lazy, it's about conveying ONLY the narrative details that matter

when a designer tells you they "think holistically about the problem space" you just know that mf is gonna take 3 months researching the answer to a simple question and then come back telling you to build 20 things instead of 1
