They crush clinicians by pressuring them to do more with ever less & rattle researchers who are already uneasy due to recent fed actions, all while MGB execs rake in the 💰.

[pet skin issues, grim humor]

My cat has some acne that's gotten out of control. I do most of the first aid stuff (raised by a family of nurses who tried to make me one). But my partner did a wash last night & after referred to the worse of 2 spots as "Mordor" and it is now always going to be that.

Not loving that Bluesky isn’t accessible with disability-based display settings.

I lose text below the window and have to type abd review without being able to read what I’m typing.

Scrolling just bounces until I hit a certain number of lines?

It’s unpredictable, vexing, and not accessible.

I've successfully washed this cat's chin today, which is not easy. He's a sweetheart but he's fussy about that chin.

He even hates having photos taken of it (which I need to do to monitor how the healing is going).
