I’m curious, do you find it is consistently returning this level of depth and accuracy, or does it vary or decline? I ask as I’ve experienced inconsistencies with other models and platforms. Some monetise accuracy. I’ve not tried this one yet.

I’m also disappointed there’s no characterisation of the endothelial cells showing they are indeed endothelial. The lack of polarisation under flow for the iBMEC is puzzling. Also that’s a very leaky if 2 MDa is crossing (iEC).
