I haven't been in this specific situation but I've had good luck recently writing decision documents for even minor things, people tend to view it as more professional rather than just sending stuff in an email

Also it helps at least to get someone in power on your side who actually can pronounce your name right. I have good rapport with my boss, so I just told her that people keep pronouncing my name wrong, and now she makes it a point to say my name more often during meetings with people who say it wrong

When I come into a call with someone who consistently pronounces my name wrong, if it doesn't feel natural to announce myself I pretend I'm having internet issues like "hey guys [name] here, can you hear me ok? having problems with wifi" and put an emphasis on your name lol
